The Ixil L2X Hyperlow full exhaust for the Honda Grom is the lastest development from Ixil. Staying true to racing design Ixil has developed this latest edition for the Honda Grom Exhaust line up. The L2X Hyperlow comes complete with stainless steel header, Dual Outlet side exit for aesthetics, and with a 10 minute installation your Grom will be out sounding and running great moments after your exhaust arrives.

I purchased one that was 3rd party and I paid the price. I purchased directly from the manufacturer and love the ease and use of how to replace the stock with this one. The sound is awesome and allows for my bike to be heard to avoid being cutoff etc.

It's very easy to install and it sounds great It's got a nice throaty sound when idling and still sounds good when revving. I went from people hardly noticing my bike to people looking over and then being surprised that such a small bike makes that sound. Now, you're not going to confuse anyone that you have a harley or some other loud bike, but for a little bike it is great.. That said, I wish they would have included instructions, mine came with some extra bolts and some kind of adapter plate even though it says it is made for my year bike.

A little on the loud side

Looks good and sounds good, but is a little on the loud side. I suspect it might be a 'race use only' item, although it doesn't say that anywhere on the exhaust or this website.
Installation was straightforward, but there's not much room to turn a spanner at the mount on the engine case (2017), and you won't get a socket in there. A ratcheting spanner would save a lot of time.
The end of the pipes face upward, but there is what looks like a drainage hole at the lowest point, so don't worry about it filling your engine with water if you have to park in the rain.

I was undecided on what exhaust I wanted for awhile. I am so happy that I went with the IXIL L2 I love this exhaust I would recommend this exhaust to anyone. I drove it around all weekend and the sound is perfect for me at least.

Grom system

I got the grom system just to change the look of the bike which helped lighten it up a lot and the exaust system sounds good.
