Great customer service, even better product

I don't typically write reviews, but felt my experience with IXIL warranted taking the time to do so.

I placed my order on May 21, 2021. After eagerly waiting until May 28, 2021, and the order status staying stuck on "Awaiting Fulfillment" I sent IXIL a message asking for an update. Expecting either a super delayed response or no response at all, within 15 minutes I had an email in my inbox explaining they were waiting for a fresh shipment of parts and that my order would be shipped the following Saturday. The order status was changed to Shipped on Friday, and I received the slip-on today. Crazy fast shipping!

Install was a ten minute event. I used the OEM rubber bushing on the OEM exhaust hanger, and the slip-on mounted up beautifully. Only rub is the OEM muffler gasket won't fit inside the slip-on, so some copper anti-seize is needed to seal up any leaks.

The build quality is top notch, solid clean welds and what looks like a durable finish. The badging isn't as obnoxious as it looks in the pics either. The sound improvement is really where this slip-on shines. It's not obnoxiously loud with the DB killers in, and it really brings to life the sound of the SV engine. I will be testing with one or both DB killers removed as it's still not as loud as I would prefer but I can already tell there's potential for this thing to turn heads as is.

All in all, I'm beyond stoked about this exhaust. I was originally on the hunt for the LeoVince Dual GP but they discontinued it, and I'm glad they did because this one looks way better anyways.
